There’s a small Christmas tree in the basement near the women’s bathroom with tags of specific toy needs to donate to the HeartHouse gift drive. Please feel free to take as many tags as you’d like and return the items (unwrapped) by November 15th. The gifts will be dropped off at HeartHouse and received by needy families in Woodford County.

The committee is currently working with an architect to explore three different options to present to the church. We hope to present an update of the three options in November but we wanted to make you aware that this project is being explored. New this year - Early Bidder Number Registration: We are again offering the opportunity to put all food/vendor items on your bidder number allowing you to check out just once before leaving the event. This would be for Friday and Saturday. You do not need to check out Friday if you are coming back on Saturday. When ordering food, the cashiers can look you up by name and inform you of your bidder number.
