Other Ways to Learn and Serve
- The nursing home is actively searching for an individual that has a passion for geriatric care to serve as our Social Service Director. We want to thank Emily Cooksey for her 9 years of service to our Home and wish her God’s blessings as she becomes a stay at home mom. This position coordinates the intake processes and discharge planning as well as participating in weekly care planning meetings. A degree is not needed for this position, however; compassion, excellent communication skills and conflict-resolution skills are required. If you are interested or would like to find out more about this opportunity to serve, please contact Nate Hoffman at 309-923-2071 or email at nate@achroanoke.org
