May Collection - ACCFS - ACCFS offers counseling services as well as church outreach creating resources and teaching on many topics. No one is turned away due to financial need so donations are needed to cover their financial needs. Attached is an informative sheet “Who is ACCFS”.
Sunday, 5/4
- Prayer Gathering at 9:00am
- ACYF Service Day in Roanoke - Bible Class will be at the Fellowship Hall for the morning service and lunch. They plan to sing at the Nursing Home after lunch.
- Second service - A Body Bound Together by the Minister Team
- Cancelled -Sing at the Nursing Home following the second service is cancelled for this month as our Bible Class and visitors will be singing there as part of their ACYF Service Day.

- Saturday, 5/10 - SALT & LIGHT Service Day at the Beer’s
- Sunday, 5/11 - Serve Mother’s Day Lunch.
The Apostolic Christian Home of Roanoke will begin our Student Volunteer Program for the summer months. Any student wishing to become a Volunteer will need to complete the attached form, which includes a note of recommendation from a teacher, principal, or guidance counselor. Please return the form Friday, May 16th, 2025.
The 2025 men’s sing will be in Morris, MN on August 23rd-24th. All are welcome to come and sing along side others from amongst the brotherhood. We, as the Roanoke church, plan to host the 2027 Men’s sing.
If anyone is interested in attending this year's singing in Morris, please contact Bro. Dalton Logan as he plans to go.
Proclaim & Serve will be held Saturday July 12 in Goodfield IL. There will also be some pre-conference workshops offered Friday, July 11. The conference is not just about what HarvestCall is currently doing, it’s more about learning together how we as individuals and as a church can become more effective at reaching a lost world with the light of the glorious gospel. Rooftop Replacement Project in Sabetha, Kansas - at the Apostolic Christian Retirement Village in Sabetha. This will be patterned after the Harvest Call winter rebuilding ministry and is planned to start on May 25th lasting 5-7 weeks. - Walking for Amy - St. Jude Benefit in memory of Amy Schwind will be Saturday, June 7 at the Roanoke Park. There will be a 5K and 2 Mile Walk beginning at 8 am followed by a Disc Golf Tournament.
