April Collection - Charity Fund
Testimonies , Saturday 4/12. Singing begins at 6:30pm. Bro. Craig Martin (Princeville) will be helping with the testimonies and baptisms tomorrow.
Holy Week Devotional - There will be a daily devotion sent out via email Sunday, 4/13 through Easter Sunday. If you are not receiving church emails and would like to be added, please contact Jenell Hodel.
Sunday 4/13
- Bro. Craig Martin (Princeville) will be helping with the baptisms and will have the 1st service.
- Bro. Justin Koch (Washington) will have the baptismal service.
- Baptisms during second service.
- Communion at 6:00 pm - Bro. Wayne Hartzler (Rittman)
- Singing - begins at 6:00 with the communion service at 6:15
- Bread and Wine - will be served in individual cups (gluten free bread and juice will also be available)
- Converts - should sit with their family
- If you cannot attend communion and would like to join online, please contact Frank and he will get you bread and wine.

Wednesday, 4/16 - Fellowship Hall Cleaning - There are still many spots to be filled by our church family to help clean alongside with the Bible class students. Please click on the following link to sign up.

- 8:30 am to 12:00am for the morning kitchen help
- 6:00-9:00 pm for the evening help.
- This year, since the Bible Class did not have their spaghetti supper, they will be serving to raise donations by helping to clean the Fellowship Hall. We would appreciate it if some of the church family could help alongside them. Donations can be made on the church website or by putting them in the donation boxes at church. Please put Bible Class Cleaning on the memo line. Any questions, please call or text April Hartter. Thank you so much!
Friday, 4/18 - Good Friday
- Good Friday Service at 7:15pm - The Prairie Choristers will sing several songs as part of the service. There will be a singing following the service at the Fellowship Hall. We plan to sing out of the “Hymns of Easter”, a hymnal created by AC Publications which compiles applicable hymns from existing Apostolic Christian hymn books. There will be an ice cream snack following the singing. All are welcome!
- In the morning is the Nursing Home Easter Kids Party from 9:30-12. Easter egg hunt begins at 9:45 with other activities following. Please bring your own basket. RSVP to Molly at molly@achroanoke.org or 224-343-1649 so they know how many kids to expect.
Sunday, 4/20 - Easter Sunday - Schedule follows
- 7:15 early service which will include songs from the Prairie Choristers and the Youth Choir

- 9:30 service and Sunday School. There will be no lunch or 11:30 service.
The nominating committee has begun the process of nominating Sunday school teachers for the 2025-2026 Sunday school year. If you have any individuals you would like to nominate for a Sunday school teacher position, please contact Bro Scott or Sis Mandy Yordy or any member of the nominating committee by Saturday 4/19. When brothers and sisters for each position have been identified, these individuals will then go through the usual interview process with the minister team before becoming a Sunday School teacher. Please keep this teacher selection process and the nominating committee in your prayers.
