Sunday, 11/2 - 

• Prayer Gathering - All are welcome to begin our day of worship in prayer. We will meet at 9am in the intermediate Sunday School room.
• Second Service - 1 John 2
• Lunch Provided by Jeremy & Melinda Knepp
• ACYF is in Forrest at 6 pm. Bible Class students will leave from the church parking lot at 3:30 and will stop at Monicals on the way to ACYF.

Wednesday, 11/5

• HOPE will meet at Joyce Hodel’s from 7:15-8:30.
• WOW will meet at the Fellowship Hall at 7 pm.for Harvest Dinner prep. We will sing and have food. 
• Scripture Memory will meet at 7:15 pm in the church dining room.
•  ACTIVE  will meet in the Bible class room at 7:30pm

Thursday, 11/6 - Helping Hands will meet from 9-12.

Young Group:

• Tuesday, 11/4- Singing at Eureka Nursing Home at 7pm

The ACTIVE boys will be raking leaves on Saturday morning, November 15. Please contact Bro. Jonathan Moser (309) 253-3192 by Tuesday Nov 11 if you would like your yard raked. 

Please check the lost and found shelves. There are various articles of clothing, toys, containers, etc., that need to be claimed. Anything remaining by November 9 will be donated. 

2026 Lunch Serving List and Funeral Call List Updates - Anyone wanting to have their name added or removed from the Sunday Lunch Serving List OR the Funeral Call List should contact Cheryl Baurer (309-645-7505) before 12/1/25.

Altadena Work Team Opportunity - Altadena would like to trial some small work teams to help rebuild homes and lives after the Eaton fire devastated the area. They are looking for 6-8 people to start with for the weeks of Nov. 10-14 and Nov 17-21. There will be more opportunities in the future as more building sites are added. • Hospital Lumiere Benefit - Item donations are needed for the Hospital Lumiere’s annual benefit auction.  This year, there will be both an Virtual online Auction and an In-Person Auction. For more information, visit the HarvestCall website Hospital Lumiere Benefit Auction Information. The Online Auction will be Thursday November 6 through Saturday November 8. In-Person Auction will be Friday, November 14 in Gridley, IL, with a meal beginning at 4:00 and the Auction beginning at 6:00.

• Fundraiser for LifeWise Academy, offering Bible-based education in our Roanoke-Benson school district - A couple of Roanoke community members are selling grave blankets and wreaths to fundraise for R-B's LifeWise Academy. Please see attached form or contact Jessi Schwind for more details
• Apostolic Christian Restmor is currently seeking candidates for an Accounting Controller. The Accounting Controller is responsible for the financial supervision of the organization.  This responsibility entails overseeing all financial operations, which include preparation of financial statements, preparation of governmental reports, maintaining compliance with accounting regulations, managing the accounting staff, managing treasury functions, and working with Restmor leadership.
