October Collection - Fellowship Hall Maintenance Fund


Sunday, 10/5

  • Prayer Gathering will meet at 9:00am in the Intermediate Sunday School room. All are welcome!
  • Second Service - God’s Design for Men and Women- Part 1 will cover Genesis 2-3
  • Lunch Provided by Scott & Erin Leman
  • Communion at the Nursing Home at 1:30pm

Young Group:

  • Tuesday, 10/7- Singing at Valley Court at 7pm.
  • Friday, 10/10 - SALT/LIGHT Topical Studies at 7pm at Cory & Gini Gerber’s.


College Care Packages - As a church body, we would like to remember our college students by praying for them, encouraging them and sending a small care package. If you would like to send a care package, you can pick up an envelope containing your student’s information on the bulletin board in the back hallway. Thanks in advance for your generosity and please be intentional about reaching out to them within 2-3 weeks of receiving their information.


The Bible Class invites you to our Harvest Dinner on Saturday, November 8, at 6:00 p.m. This special evening of fellowship and dining will support our upcoming mission trip in 2026. New Converts - We rejoice with Clay Fischer (Bro. Luke & Sis. Allison) and Delaney Hodel (Bro. Nate & Sis. Jamie) as they have begun their repentance and walk with the Lord.


Sunday, 10/12 - 

  • Service at the Rescue Mission in Peoria -  We leave from the West parking lot at 7:15, and return in time for our morning service.  We appreciate singing help. 
  • Second Service - God’s Design for Men and Women - Part 2 will cover the New Testament application of the creation story.

  • October 29 - Family Night “God’s Fame Among the Nations” - Nate and Rachel Mueller will speak about the missionary work they were involved with in PNG.


National Church

  • 2025 HarvestCall Medical Conference - November 1 in Indianapolis, IN - Anyone working in the health care fields including administrators, mental health, dental, eye care, EMT’s and their spouses/support people are welcome to attend.   • Hospital Lumiere Benefit - Item donations are needed for the Hospital Lumiere’s annual benefit auction.  This year, there will be both an Virtual online Auction and an In-Person Auction. Auction items should be delivered to Gridley IL by Oct. 25. For more information or to donate an item or service, visit the HarvestCall website Hospital Lumiere Benefit Auction Information. The Online Auction will be Thursday November 6 through Saturday November 8. In-Person Auction will be Friday, November 14 in Gridley, IL, with a meal beginning at 4:00 and the Auction beginning at 6:00.
  • Sister Heart (women’s hymn sing) is a weekend for women to gather in fellowship, lifting their voices in song, worship, and praise to God. The 10th Sister Heart is planned, Lord willing, for August 15–16, 2026, in Canaan, OH. Please save the date and registration information will be available by the end of May.
