Apostolic Christian Church
Teachers are elected by the congregation and instruct children 3-year old – high school seniors through Bible story books or the Bible itself. Students and teachers will participate in singing before and after the lesson.
Students also participate in a variety of mid-week or other extracurricular activities (VBS, SMC, ACTIVE, HOPE, WOW, ACYF) although there is typically a different set of volunteer teachers for these.

VBS is a week long event for all Sunday School students and is held the first full week in June.
Students from 3 year old through 7th grade are split up by age ranges and rotate through stations as teachers present the theme of the week through classroom instruction, crafts, skits, and singing.
Students from 8th grade (incoming freshmen) through high school senior are in the sanctuary where various visiting ministers will teach the theme of the week.
Teachers work with Kindergarten through 5th grade students to commit Bible verses to memory by setting them to music. There is also an object lesson presented that is related to the verse being taught.
SMC meets the 1st and 3rd Wednesday nights, October –April.
(Apostolic Christian Teens in Volunteer Efforts)
Teachers work with 6th - 8th grade boys on monthly service projects to encourage the students to serve their church family and surrounding community.
Students also participate in monthly topical study/discussion to promote spiritual growth.
ACTIVE meets the 1st and 3rd Wed. night of the month, September – April
(Helping Other People Everywhere)
